Water Shutoff for Nonpayment – How to Restore Service
When you pay your balance during our business hours, we will automatically restore your water service the same day.
When you pay your balance afterhours, we will automatically restore your water service the next business day.
To request service restoration afterhours, please contact us before 8 p.m. at 619-466-0585. If we can accommodate your request, a $165 service fee will apply.
Service Fees Will be Added to Your Next Water Bill
There is a $29 service fee for water shutoff for nonpayment.
There is a $29 service fee to restore water service during business hours.
There is a $165 service fee to restore water service afterhours, when available.
